Join our Board
The Niche Clinic seeks professionals at all stages of their careers who are passionate about financial literacy, youth development, and confronting the school-to-prison pipeline to join our dedicated Board of Directors. The Niche Clinic does not discriminate based on age, race, socioeconomic status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristics.
The Board meets virtually at least once per month, typically on Saturday mornings. Additional meetings may be required based on committee assignments. The time commitment is about 5 hours per month. We are particularly interested in Directors with a deep connection to Philadelphia, but city residency is not required.
Individuals of all professional backgrounds are welcome to apply, but we are in particular need of the following:
- Marketing and communications
- Nonprofit fundraising
- Personal finance
- Law
- Juvenile Justice
- Nonprofit administration
